EMAILS
Figa Digital reserves the right to charge for excessive emailing.
Where the emailer is looking for advice, knowledge, and information which comes from our internal training, as Figa Digital itself has a cost to keep up-to-date and trained, this shall be charged through to the client at a cost per email. Such notification can be made after the events and retrospectively for a period of up to one-year.
HOSTING
Figa Digital may host your website on our professional servers.
The hosting charge is for a period of one calendar year, or pro-rata if the service started during the calendar year. We only increase our prices periodically, and as a result, if you decide to terminate your hosting, there will be no refund.
There can be some minor outage times experienced that is due to the maintenance of hosting systems. No outage time shall be refundable.
MAINTENANCE
We offer website maintenance.
The maintenance charge is for a period of one calendar year, or pro-rata if the service started during the calendar year. We only increase our prices periodically, and as a result, if you decide to terminate your maintenance, there will be no refund.
Maintenance covers routine plug-in upgrades and occasional website upload speed testing.
All other maintenance procedures, including theme software upgrades or plug-in software upgrades, are not included.
All work undertaken for reasons of security shall also not be included.
FORCE MAJEURE
In all incidences of unpredictable and natural disasters, Figa Digital shall not be held responsible unless they themselves have been negligent.
ACTS OF WAR
In all incidences of acts of war in any part of the world or in cyberspace, to include cybersecurity breaches, Figa Digital shall not be held responsible unless they themselves have been negligent.
