Figa Digital is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections.
The GDPR legislation protects the unlawful processing of personal data to strengthen and protect the rights of users. It does not apply to information already held in the public domain.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Figa Digital collects two types of information, “Personal Information” and “Non-Personal Information”.
At Figa Digital, we hold data on file for every client and their related projects. This data contains information you have given us or we have collected in order to carry out our consultancy services.
We also require personal information for accounting purposes.
Personal information includes your contact information, which you give us through the contact section of the website.
We collect non-personal digital data when you visit our website and social media platforms.
Non-personal information is information that cannot be used to personally identify you. Examples of this are anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types and any preferences that are generated based on the data you give and the number of clicks.
We use non-personal information mainly in the form of cookies which help us improve, track trends and analyse user patterns on our website. Cookies enable us to analyse website traffic and see which areas of the website you have visited.
USE OF INFORMATION
Figa Digital uses personal data it has collected to operate services on the instruction of clients.
We may forward your personal information to third parties that have been employed by us to undertake work on our behalf. We require these companies to comply fully with the GDPR legislation.
Personal information you give us also helps us communicate with you. For example, we use personal information to respond to questions and inform you about our services.
A cookie is a small file that places itself in the cookies folder on your computer in order to analyse web traffic or monitor site visits. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual, tailoring their operations to your needs by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
We track information using cookies which include an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit our website, cookies are sent to your browser from our servers and are stored on your computer hard drive. This enables us to collect non-personal information about you and your preferences, both on an individual and aggregate basis. Cookies help us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website by tailoring it to our clients’ needs.
By using and browsing our website, you agree and consent to cookies being stored on all of your electronic devices. If you would like to change this, you can make adjustments in your search browsers to ensure that cookies are not stored. Alternatively, you can use the various options that search browsers offer to delete cookies from your electronic devices.
We may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.
HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. These include encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, they do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by any breaches of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right, at any time, to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we communicate with you, you can opt out of any further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail or by contacting us directly on email@example.com.
